Viviana offers individual adult and adolescent counseling as well as couples and family therapy.

Viviana graduated from California State University, San Bernardino in December 2011 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She continued her studies at National University in Carlsbad California, where she obtained her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in July 2014, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Viviana practices modern methods throughout her therapy sessions and continues her specialized training in evidence-based approaches which include:

• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Cognitive Processing Therapy
• Motivational Interviewing
• Incredible Years Positive Parenting & Child Therapy

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Viviana’s practice has spanned a variety of diagnosis and treatments for both children and adults. Her clients’ conditions include depression, anxiety, early childhood trauma and abuse, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Fees
$145: Per 50-minute session

Please do not hesitate to reach out if finances are a concern. I do offer a limited amount of sliding scale fee appointments.

I accept all major credit cards, cash, and check, and Venmo.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
